Return Policy
- Full refunds are given for unworn/unwashed items returned within 20 days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Items must be returned with all original clothing tags plus the original receipt for a full refund.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All sales are final on CD's/Plugs and VINTAGE RESELL items.

There will be a 25% restocking fee for items returned with missing tags, or obvious wear to the item.

Exchanges are not given, if you want to change a product (within 20 days) then send it back and you will receive store credit to buy the new product, or a full refund whichever you prefer.

Shoe Return Policy
We accept returns on all shoes 20 days from the date of purchase. All returns must come with the original shoe box. There will be a 20% fee for items which are returned with obvious wear or when the footwear packaging is damaged.

STEP 1- EMAIL us at returns@defineroots.comwith your order number (found on packing slip or order confirmation email) to notify us of the return.
STEP 2- Include the following with returned products: original receipt (packing slip), and a note if it is an Exchange for store credit or you would like a full refund
